What we liked: Providing those on the go with real time updates to their phone is a perfect use of mobile technology. Every person who rides the train frequently would be interested in this type of service. What we didn’t: You’re asking people to go to a website, but that’s not clear without a careful study of the CTA. We’d recommend bolding the website address or including a some sort of CTA (e.g. text or QR Code) that directs people automatically.
