What we liked: Excellent CTA clarity - users clearly can see the relevant Keyword and Short Code. We also liked the alternative channel option, as people have a number to call.
What we didn’t: The incentive is slightly unclear - not sure exactly what is going to happen when you text the keyword to the short code. Perhaps adding a line underneath the call to action that says something along the lines of “And we’ll send you a link to the closest ATM” or whatever actually happens when people do respond to the CTA.
